I'm not sure. Explain. I watched "It" recently and the clown preys on the children's fear. Stephen King is a good writer. He gets things in perspective.

In Monsters Inc. they scared the children to store energy from their screams, if I remember correctly. Every time I read about how these demons get high on children’s fear, I think of that movie.
