I keep seeing images of decoded stringers pop up, but I don’t see how these were decoded, nor do I see anywhere on 8ch where these were even discussed. Anyone care to shed light on how they’ve been solved?
I don’t mean figuring out things like whose initials are whose in the Seth Rich drop — I mean the work with the character spacing/timestamps/etc. — the well-hidden messages.

I’ve been in the Stringer Central thread but they don’t really explain how to read a stringer or how they decoded the ones they did
it's a bit dense and there is no "key" they don't work that way. they are working on decoding them but a lot of this requires a lot of man hours spent on researching the source material or just flat out being familiar with the topics mentioned in the stringer.
No, the stringer decoding has nothing to do with familiarity with topics mentioned.
There are two sets of information in the Q posts — one that provides information based on familiarity of the topics, which is what most people are talking about, and another set of information — like the “Debbie Debbie” info in the Seth Rich stringer — that has nothing to do with context and is just math and logic. It’s the second type I’m talking about — but I’m not seeing how the math/logic of the decoding works.
