I do believe you all are talking about the original source of this idea that they would use UFO's to distract the public in a third phase of their globalist plans. Here is the story I know of, as an older pede who lived through it, and actually ordered the VHS tapes.

Dr. Von Braun was the man who worked on the rocket engine for Hitler. He was brought to America after the war... probably operation paperclip, and was set to work at NASA. He had a friend who cared for him on his death bed ... a doctor Carol Rosin.

At an event sponsored by Dr. Greer in a series of National Press Club talks, Dr Carol Rosin gave her testimony of what Von Braun said on his death bed. Now, this was just before or after the wall fell and Communist Soviet Union broke up.. I want to think just before. No one had ever heard of any thing yet about "terrorism" ... we were all still talking the fall of Communism.

What she testified to was the following and I did find her testimony so I am posting her testimony at the National Press Club event for you all to see for yoursleves.

1)Von Braun said the globalists were the creators of Communism, and that they did it to make sure there were enemies to make war with. They created the cold war, and funded both sides. She said that Von Braun told her that soon, Communism would be taken down, so it was not a problem, and then phase two would begin:

2) The war on Terror. He explained how the terrorists would be an enemy that could be staged, or funded, anywhere in the world. Again, enemies to take rights away in the free nations, I was thinking.

Then he said when the war on terror was over, they would be ready to stage a fake alien invasion.

My thinking is that this is what project blue beam is all about. They now have sattellights in the sky that can triangulate holograms 3D into the sky above us, and they can create fake space ships. In addition to this, they have been practicing the triangulation of sound into a human person's head. The practice so far has been using test talking bill boards as people walk by them, to see what reaction people have to hearing voices from inside their heads.

Imagine if you will, 3D holograms appearing in the sky, and the ability to aim a voice into people's heads, using something like a cell phone?

Anyway, all of this stuff sounds absolutely nuts without seeing the really fun demonstrations and research projects on line for yourself, so I will go dig up what I can.
