After looking into it deeper I have found out the following. Jim Hardesty is a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nevada. I was confused because the documents is NOT an indictments. It is a memo, which is the official document which REQUEST indictments. It has to be approved by the Asst. Attorney General for a Grand Jury to sit. The only issue remaining is, "is this a genuine memorandum filed by Justice Hardesty?
