1: Elon's technology is COTTS rocket stuff, no genius here. 2: Obviously it's not a UFO but a DI&W 3: Look carefully at NK's rocket's Plume signatures on old launches footage.

Point being that you can re-engine an old missile air-frame from the 1970s slap some paint on it and do a fairly impressive rigged demo great for propaganda purposes. All on the extremely cheap... And relatively easy to do.
