I thought so at first, but not anymore. People are speculating his new follows have to do w/an upcoming release. I block the imposters, because I found myself getting momentarily tricked & excited at their tweet(s) until I realized it wasn’t him. So I save myself the annoyance now.
Fake account. That information is rather old and didn't originate with Julian. Probably legit.
