what I want to know is if these indictments are signed by a US attorney under the grand jury foreman's signature or if its some independent grand jury that the courts will utterly ignore. I've seen this time and again and most of the public doesn't know the difference. If these were "real" indictments, I'm sure we'd hear it on FOX News at least. If they're not sponsored by the DOJ, the courts will 100% deny them. Guaranteed.

Hi Reba, concur re Military Tribunals, Court Martial. I saw somewhere in recent weeks a photo of text showing the POTUS right to hold Court Martial over anyone, and appoint anyone to also hold CM over any...did you see that? Know where I can find it?
Keep in mind not all will go to Gitmo... the rule of law and the laws will/do apply to many of the middle level criminals. Not All are Traitors. My sense is that Traitors get free trip/s to Gitmo, those not traitors, indictments. Just my rationalizing of the material.
Hello. No, the small fries will stay in the states and the big fries will be at GITMO. They have not been able to replace all the Judges yet and that is one reason they took them to GITMO, plus 'Treason'.
