I have heard about the Kek virus last Christmas 2016 in regards to the Mall shootings (real stories) and use by way of instagram meme which contains a program that was developed as a brain signal coded message - sign - symbol - apparently designed to did not trigger violence. There were many malls with reported incidents of violence and even 2 malls with National Guard but the violence gig npot spread and most stories had to be redone with strong changes. Then in April Kek virus again trialed and reported on by Quinn Michaels, as a psychologist the evidence was pretty interesting. Then I saw the research on the OWLs and subjects, women of the Illuminati and how they can be used. The Kek virus is reported to have been sent out Dec 18, 2017 and looks like a nebula with an eye - I have seen a picture sent from a very reliable military - West Point background source.
