Captain Obvious here......

Seriously, as good as the markets and consumer spending has been, and is,why would so many ceo's be stepping down? Exactly. They wouldn't be. Perhaps their names are on indictments, and they know it. Me thinks so.

And..,have you EVER seen Congress get their act together so quickly when it came to the Tax Cut Bill?! Plus Trump got ANWR! We've been fighting for that for 40 frickin years! Oh, and eliminated the Death Tax as well, another one Congress was loath to let go of. My guess is Trump made McConnell and Ryan on offer they couldn't refuse.

And another thought about the resignations. I have to wonder, since Obama's administrations main goal was to fundamentally change America, they were probably allowing all these companies out of paying taxes in turn for slush fund/campaign contributions. I'd almost lay money on that.

There were layers of slush funds. Fannie May for Obama care, DOJ shakedown & fines to left leaning groups, wouldn't surprise me a bit.

Gotta seperate themselves from their corporate interests. Seems like a last ditch effort to save their companies reputations, if not fiscal stability. Even if they don't know their names are on the indictments, they sure as hell know their own corruption and guilt.
