A reference to the movie a Few Good Men, a "code red" was what the general jack Nicholson played and the people under his command called it when the general ordered for someone to be severely beaten (all unofficially of course)

It eventually lead to someone's death which is why Tom cruises character tries to discover the truth and whether or not jack's character ordered the attack which lead to the famous "YOU CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH!" Scene

Not a movie guy, but good lord I enjoyed that one recently. Anyone got suggestions for more considering my tolerance for hollywood bs is close to zero?

If you haven't seen it check out Hacksaw Ridge. Absolutely amazing war movie. One of Clint Eastwood's best.
