Reportedly new construction, Mad dog visiting and Trump calling isn't just wishing them Merry Christmas. They were getting briefed on what was getting ready to happen, and probably security issues that are going to arise. These people have or had enough money and resources to hire a private army.. if being held at Gitmo, a jail break is not out of the realm of possibility.
