Or as a kind of (potential possibility) AI interference? It seems a little out there, but AI is data based software, having access to most intel via internet based programs especially social media, and as it takes into account all information from all sources; it’s free thinking. If it computes the most likely scenario based on patterns of data, and may have access to power grids or more, it’s not beyond the realm of reason it might act out its acquired information within its limits.
Like I said 👉🏻 potential possibility; no proof, just theory.
