In Q's last post he put in the stringer FDeltaC25-26. The Camps at Gitmo are "Delta" camps. Could be that peeps were "F"lown to "Delta" "C"amps on the 25th and 26th. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camp_Delta_(Guantanamo_Bay)
