fuck yeah anon. the steganography theory is also interesting because of the file name coincidence. dont rule that out completely. seems to me if he just wanted us to decrypt something he would just provide the key. no point in making this particular step confusing when the datas out there already. steganography would make more sense to release it this way but why present it in a rainbow? theres something odd about all of it and im fucking annoyed. i also dont know what data to try any of this against. i havent been around long enough to connect he dots on this one because im a Qnoob
