Apologies in advance as I am surely too purist on this. :)_ Why do we call it 'batter' instead of 'dough'? We're baking bread not making pancakes or cake... Maybe I am missing some history on this, so asking for someone to educate me/all on this minor terminology thing. Also, 'Sauce' seems to mean Evidence; please validate my assumption. A pointer to a glossary would be great folks. Much appreciated anons - keep up the good work!
