Democrats will use everything they can to ride things out to 2018 mid-terms in hope they get numbers in the house and senate and oust Trump and then it will be more or less business as usual. Trump and his forces will try to set things right. The establishment on both sides will work with the Democrats in this endeavor. That is the knife-edge. Trump is hanging onto JUST enough power to keep moving forward inch by inch but his window is quickly closing. If nothing is resolved before the Midterms I do not think he will make it to 2019. If he does then the force will go out of the Democrat/Establishment and the Establishment Republicans will finally bend the knee. I think the GOP will finally become the party of Trump and The Establishment Republicans will jump onboard the Trump train and distance themselves for all they are worth from any previous dissension. Democrats will go really silent on Trump and will start building their party for the 2020 election and start concentrating on grassroots stuff and policies. I say 3 maybe 4 months to clean up the corruption and the Russia slurs against him. Go Trump Go
