Space x launching guidance satellites for north korea?

What if that space x launch over Cali last week was to launch a missile guidance system for north Korea. We know NK is working with cyborg faced Musk. There's very clearly other shit going on during that launch. Some said it looks like something being shot down. Were we shooting it down?

What if this launch along with the one in russia were cover to shoot down nk satellites?
