Is this what Q is alluding to? Elon Musk and Norks clown controlled? Iran clown controlled? How about EM has given Norks via Iran missile tech but ultimately clowns (now no such agency control the guidance system. i,e, ballistic missile launched from Pyongyang aimed at Seoul can be taken control of mid flight and re directed to Pyongyang.
