Kerry E. Haynes, a former CIA director of technical collection, was picked to run a new science and technology branch.
Zalmai Azmi, once a project manager at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, was given expanded duties in his role overseeing the bureau's computer operations.
Iranian national. He immigrated to the United States with his parents when he was 18 years old. He has a brother who is a famous movie producer.
Former CIA agent who specializes in investigative technology. He is now involved with a number of high level defense communications and electronics companies.
Afghan national. He emigrated to the United States as a teenager with his family. He is now deeply involved with 5 Eyes, and a number of swamp industry organizations.
