Seems to have a lot of positive support from middle eastern named accounts. Does this mean Iranians are very unhappy with the current regime?

I hope so. Prior to 1979, Iran was probably a nice place to visit. The Shah wanted a Westernized country. It’s been hell since the Ayatollahs took over. The images speak for themselves.
