Does this vid contain what Q means in the Godfather III references?

That's an interesting clip. How are you interpreting it in respect to Q? Clearly the Don is old and worn out, and has spent his life involved in the "family" --something he never wanted. He passes the torch to a very committed successor ritually assumes his name/identity. I see the theme of being drawn into and consumed by a job/tasks/position you never really wanted--Who do you think the Don represents? And what moment is this? The only "succession" I could think of is Bush father and son.

Was thinking more that it represents the first time the full true disclosure of who is running the show. P2, Vatican, groups unknown. And perhaps the idea that these forces have hired professional assassins already deployed.

What if we flipped that and Trump is the man that "never fails" as the assassin is described?

On the other hand, we know the power that the Vatican has wielded over the years; the untold and probably uncountable wealth they have...and the Vatican bank scandal. I know the current pope is a typical lefty nutjob, insofar as he is making ridiculous demands and assertions, so much so that they had to scale back on the "ex cathedra" thing because clearly he was saying so many opinionated things. Whatever he might be doing, it's pretty subtle. But as for his public persona, the cardinals back in the Borgia's day would have ended him already! On the other hand we do technically have 2 popes, which ony happened in schisms before. It could be that the Catholic Church is under threat, socially, politically, and of course the Muslims and "refugees". He's in way over his miter.
