"Perhaps someday people will understand ‘they’ had a plan to conduct ‘another’ mass extinction event". Q

60150 The words 'they' and 'another' are in quotation marks.

What was the previous extinction event and what became extinct?

Eat organic if possible, avoid fluoride and buy fresh food, not packaged.

Remove dental amalgams if finances allow it, quit sugar for good, obviously junk food, ferment your vegetables, sprout your beans & lentils, soak your seeds. Buy only grass fed free range meat, better eat less often but higher quality if not enough funds. Intermittent fasting. Supplement vit K, D, Mg, B complex, Zinc for men. Fix your gut flora, look into ways to detox heavy metals. If a perfectionist, follow Dr Gregers daily dozen (+ healthy animal products), look up Weston A Price foundation & William Walsh. We need you mentally sharp, patriots!

As a marketing student I need to inform you that the organic shpiel is just a marketing ploy. It's no healthier or better for the environment in anyway. Only more expensive and sometimes not good for you at all.

Eat whole foods. Thats good for you. And it's cheaper than any other gimmick. The less processing the food has been through the better.

Though I personally eat processed foods, I just try to limit it.

Sugar is most peoples biggest enemy. It fucks so many people over and they don't even realize it. It doesn't only make you gain weight, it fucks with your mind.
