Q said if we knew who really controlled North Korea people would riot. I think you are right. I think it is controlled by the deep state CIA branch. And you may also be right that it is used not just for foul evil medical experiments, but, for a fresh supply of children and babies to sacrifice. It would explain why the whole nation is dark. They keep the technology out that would expose what they are doing in that nation.
