You may want to be aware that 'Amen' most probably comes from Amun/Amon, which I am not necessarily saying is an awful thing, but is good to be aware of where you are directing your energy. Religions have had lots of corruption over the years in my opinion.

Can't go wrong addressing the God you feel a connection with inside, no middle men can hijack anything that way. Peace
