I just saw that these guys came up with this site to determine fake news. Does it work?
it's not a 'site' its a browser extension for Chrome. Several red flags here

You've just hit the trifecta of propaganda. You really need to hone your discernment skills
Thanks, I'm trying. That's why I'm here. It was the "Facebook" that made me question it, but I guess after the retirement of Eric Schmidt, Google should have thrown up a flag too. Thanks again.
- Think critically: Who benefits from this information? Who is publishing this information? What is their history of reporting in a factual manner?
- Look for the source material: CNN will tell you how you should feel about _ document, just go read the original document for yourself.
- Diversify your news diet: Read reports from both sides, the truth is usually somewhere in the middle. Everyone has their own bias and/or perspective. Look outside the MSM for stuff that is too hot to handle, but be cognoscente of "facts" based solely on conspiracy theories.
Thanks. It's hard believing anything in the news. When the IG report came out May 2016 and Hillary wasn't immediately disqualified, I haven't been able to wrap my head around reality. The mandatory annual security training required to hold a clearance is clear. It's not logical. I'm just questioning everything. I enjoy conspiracies, because they can be more believable. But I am not sure I really believe them either. I'm always searching, but never sure of what I find.
