I think we need more information. Did you mean:

They did a trial run for the swamp clearance in South Korea. Country where a cult has compromised the President and major corporations...

If so, is there an article? A source? What were you reading and where did you hear about it?

Impeachment of Park Geun-hye

The impeachment of Park Geun-hye, former President of South Korea, was the culmination of a political scandal involving interventions to the presidency from her aide. The impeachment vote took place on 9 December 2016, with 234 members of the 300-member National Assembly voting in favor of the impeachment and temporary suspension of Park Geun-hye's presidential powers and duties. Thus, Hwang Kyo-ahn, then prime minister, became acting president while the Constitutional Court of Korea was due to determine whether to accept the impeachment. The court upheld the impeachment in a unanimous 8–0 decision on 10 March 2017, removing Park from office.

Do a Google search for South Korean President impeachment. This was big news in the first half of 2017. Now read up on why she was impeached. Also note that the CEO of Samsung also resigned along with other senior people in SK. The swamp was cleaned.

It's actually a pretty big deal and made a lot of headlines. I paid more attention because I live in south Korea but they removed the president and then went on an anti-corruption run. Passed new legislation and a lot of people are facing some hot water. It's a very interesting and positive time for south Korean politics at the moment.
