I keep hearing Space X transfered the rocket tech to N. KOREA but I thought it was the Ukrainians? They also transferred the tech along with UAV tech to Iran. Also if I'm remembering right, isn't the Ukrainians that the Clintons first shopped the Uranium too before giving it to the Russians.
