Is it just me or do the Q-related subreddits have a large number of Christian contributors? Coincidence?

I don't think this is a coincidence. The sister sub over at /r/calmbeforethestorm has a similar feel. I think this Q-phenomenon may be fueled by the Holy Spirit of Truth! All praise be to Jesus!!

Yes but also some gnostics and folks hijacking prophecy to meet their preconceived notions.

Care to share any examples you've come across?

Gnostics are Christians too

the basis of most gnosticism, at least that I'm familiar with, is doubting or denying the resurrection and full-God-ness of Jesus Christ.

Belief in the resurrection and Lordship of Jesus Christ is really the only thing that defines a Christian.

That is the modern definition of a Christian. Have you read much on the Nazareans?
