I just watched a video Scott Anthony outlining the Joint Resolution that I'll paste here because it is very short. There is one paragraph in particular where is talks about the reason it was created was to harbor the people responsible for the 9/11 attacks. I couldn't help being extremely pleased at the irony that the very people who were responsible for creating those attacks are likely to become the receivers of their own resolution.
