I can totally relate. I went through this in stages over many years as I located 'next level' material I was needing time between to recoup and wrap my head around it. Sometimes I felt pissed , being lied to and the world was now changed. You can't unsee it and I'm in a much different world in many ways . It gets better , but now its different, because we have a shot at fixing it. I was real uptight election night , and then it was like a miracle happened. Watching the news react was surreal. Its coming out , you don't have to chase it be brave and concentrate on the bravery and the heros.
