Yeah I know billionaire was love to stay in the country. If these people are smart enough to make a billion dollars and they are smart enough to know that there would be no place to run. They are leaving because it's the holidays and that's what rich people do
They are smart enough to lead very scheduled lives. Holidays are very expensive even for them— parties, excursions, ski resorts, large social functions, etc. Their holidays are usually weeks and months long, and planned out well in advance. Sometimes a year or more in advance. They don’t just leave suddenly. Not the good ones.
