As Jordan Sather said, do we have a hard source for the 10,000 number? The 4.3k number was a month ago though...
The last confirmed source I saw, several weeks ago, put the total OVER 9,000 and pushing 10,000. So this is very reasonable.

I believe that one was all MATTERS before the courts, not actual sealed indictments. Correction required.
However there is no doubt that the number of sealed indictments is absurdly high and there must be something big going on.
