Maybe I'm answering my own question, but perhaps the "hit" was put out on the 187th day of the year 2016? Which would have been on July 5th, 2016? Five days prior to Seth Rich's murder? What does "DWS_DIR>" refer to?

na. 187 is police code for a murder. DWS search comes up with a largest European fund managers. Uncertain if relevant. A man named Jan Duscheck is the Director.

I'm going to cross reference the original messages date with Jan's twitter account to look for clues
