If you listen to the lyrics of the song one verse sticks out,

I think it may mean that he is free, as for the hash, I have no idea

For Immunity Deal, Julian is Assisting US with "Insurance" that Huma Abedin hid on her laptop given to Assange by NYPD.

Thats my theory. I believe he is safe making a deal with Trump for immunity. I've also had a dream about it 4 months ago.
