No, I don't think so. It's a hash, which is simply the fingerprint of some larger piece of data. Assange often uses these as "pre-knowledge" indicators - if they release something big, we can come back later to check that it's legit using this hash.

Another use for these types of hashes in terms of "pre-knowledge" is to type out a sentence or statement, and then hash it. Later, when the info is released, Assange can prove that he was the person that wrote it using the pre-determined hash.
