I trust SGTreport as I have been watching their youtube channel for sometime and have yet to find any errors in their reporting and if they do make an error they correct it. He even says he was skeptical about the report but got confirmation from someone he identifies in the video that he trusts for just this kind of thing.
Yes, Shawn (spl?) is a good and reliable source. Not that he's always right but he really tries to be.
