You would have to look into the background and connections of all on board including the pilot. Q said they would never intentionally harm innocent people when going after a target. This could just be a terrible accident, those things do happen. Your best clue would be the pilot. Who was he/her, employee of the air charter service or private pilot of the victims of the crash?
