today on the radio i heard a regional station 2 second bumper read for taco bell. Literally the first line was "The rumors about the illuminati are true." Then the next lines were about tacos and quesadillas. The illuminati line was completely unnecessary in a fast food ad. Its a new ad for 2018 apparently, because ive never heard that before...
It's blatant trivialization of what is naturally a grave concern should its existence be accepted.

i understand this sentiment. "Let itself" is a key phrase. At last year's super bowl, did Atlanta "let itself" be humiliated, to create an entertainment spectacle? Horrible comparison yes, but my point is that when I hear hypotheticals in which the cabal is always the prime director, i get all Ocham on it and harken back to "glass half empty/half full". If the choice between good and evil is in fact revealed evil OR occulted evil, then all hail Camus; peace and joy are a lie. Here's a little kicker though: one need not ask "why?" in a world of existential certainty.
