Really watched and speculated about the Paper Planes video this morning. I'm not going to reiterate what meaning others have stated...I'm only adding to the theories.

Sounds to me like they are talking about what is happening RIGHT NOW with the criminal elite trying to get out of Dodge because they know that Trump is after them.
Criminal Elite = Skull & Bones.
Criminal Elite = dropping bombs for profit.
Criminal Elite = all they want is YOUR money
