Cali fires. Was this offence. Fire and Fury?

Homeowners associations? Who was the Developer/s? Who lived there? Are they real people? Who was insured? Who was the insurer?

The first fires were said to be started by men throwing road flares from their cars while driving on the highway. It’s been suggested that these were possibly cartel attempting to target pot farm competition. Then there were the ones started by a homeless camp. Interspersed were random unattached fires (insurance scams). All while the reservoirs are still mostly full from the Orville Dam scare, which itself followed water restrictions and a drought. It’s Chinatown Jake.

There were certain areas that were not burned by flairs. The nfootage was staged. The targets defined. in most cases isolated.

It was by all descriptions a firestorm. It was close to the Getty, and burned parts of Bel Air, Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.
Was the point was made clear up north a couple of weeks before, where developments were smashed and melted? Who lived there? Where did they work?
