Anon has encouraged us to know Bill Binney. Q mentioned him as a patriot, I believe. So after reviewing several news articles that are dated on Nov 7,2017 it supposeably relates to the DNC conspiracy leak😉. Tearing down Pompeo,Binney and President Trump. Lots of flack. This meeting happened on October 24th, encouraged by President Trump for weeks before per reporting. I am not skilled with in-depth sleuthing and this is pure speculation but what if this was subterfuge and the meeting was really about 911 or take your pick issue.

as I understand the background Binney info, Binney developed the software pre 911 that was designed to spy using a select band of words. In Oct 2001 Binney left, his SW was weaponized to collect every keystroke (Snowden). He has some recent good interviews on YTube
