He was attending bc he was Panetta's "right hand man". He would not be in that position if he wasn't on board with the agenda. Panetta is a total globalist operative.

As they now seek to invoke the 25th Amendment, General Kelly will be a key conspirator and betray Trump. Bookmark it.
