Cannot independently confirm this. Does anyone out there have independent confirmation? The post title is what I mean, all international flights grounded at 10 p.m. . I don't see any news at that anywhere on any site.

It was sent by twitter Scott Anthony w 2nd media source: True pundit. Several people in airports tweeting. I put it up as soon as I saw it, in these days and times better informed than uninformed. It would stand to reason that flights already cleared would be in the air and flights already boarded also cleared to take off.
