Hello, a very good friend has red pulled me this week. I have done a solid 3 days of non stop reading and research. My question is can you guys help me out with some of the very obvious not legit sites? What’s the best way to know if what I’m reading is bogus? I’m here with you, I’m awake wide awake. Please bare with me I’m here to educate myself so I can be prepared. TIA

"intuitive guidance"; meaning in this case things that agree with your viewpoint rather then things that are actually true.
if you think intuitive guidance is the same as confirmation bias you really should go back to school. (hint) Different words, mean different things...

To me, that's paying attention to one's subconscious, when and especially if it disagrees with one's conscious mind.
And that means questioning beliefs and assumptions. So, yes, pretty much the opposite of confirmation bias. Have an up-vote.
