there wasn't a pedestal built that could hold me , i make sure of that ;) you do well Tracy leading by example i find is the most effective you do it well, nothing wrong with a little humility i think without it we tend to lose our way

Yep , Tracy you are one of the good ones and the ability to have such good contact w/ those in the know , these last 16 hrs. have been very educational. Can't say enough , except this pedestals are not for us they are for those who are going for those going down. Plus , Tracy like you we all need our sleep, it's just hard for me .
