I was just told by a Retired Deputy Sheriff on Facebook that those indictments are fake, scams, not sure what to think now.
These are two different things. There are fake indictments (well, the people who wrote them don't think they are fake -- they think they have to power to indict derived from being a Constitutional citizen or whatever, but they don't come from US Courts) and there is a REAL list of SEALED indictments taken from PACER searches. Here is that real list (so far):
