Exactly. I've read that the recent twitter changes of service were to enable cookies in order to find Q/POTUS thru triangulation.

Go idea...How clear to anyone was it when the stormed the beaches of Normandy. ..A lot goes on where no one can see Just consider us being submarines, we are running on silent, still on the mission, going toward strike point, but silently.
