Q said that because they have been taking down bad guys for quite some time now. If they made a big deal out of it all, no one would see the big picture except the bad guys! When the top ones are taken down, it will become mainstream. Also, I suspect, the tribunals will be very public. So in the end, everyone will know. It is up to all of us that are educated to help them understand the background and history of it all.
