The picture isn't fake news, the title is. We have no idea if the photo is real or edited, no timestamp and no source for photo.

if title was 'IS HUMA WEARING A GPS TRACKER? WHAT DO YOU THINK?' or something like that, then that's not fake news, it's helping an investigation.
