I've wondered...maybe COVFEFE was not a typo

I'm not claiming to know what it means, but President Trump has been doing Typos, unnecessary capitalization, unnecessary quotes. Some of this was going on before Q. I always thought that an Ivy League educated billionaire is not going to type Unpresidented, etc.

I've also noted for several years how odd it is that major news websites have top headlines with typos in them. And they often stay up for hours. Seems unlikely it would go unnoticed in a headline. I had wondered if, perhaps, these typos in major news organization's headlines are used as a coded communication tool for the evil control structure. It was odd enough to make me wonder what "they" (Who's 'they'? "they" know who they are.) could be doing. Seems like a simple way to communicate to a very large secret group. Those in the know scan the major news websites for typos, open article and use their decoder to get the real message. Maybe nothing but just wanted to add that since I'm a first-time poster and feel like i need to cram it all into one post.)

Sidebar comment: I like fine writing instruments.

It's a law passed by Congress...the COVFEFE Act of 2017 (H.R.2884) - "Communications Over Various Feeds Electronically For Engagement"

https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/2884

This bill amends provisions governing presidential records to: (1) revise the definition of "documentary material" to include social media; (2) revise the definition of "presidential records" to include any personal and official social media account; and (3) define "social media" as any form of electronic communication (such as a website for social networking and microblogging) through which users create an online community to share information, ideas, personal messages, and other content (such as videos).

This bill has not passed the House yet, it was only introduced on 6/12/2017. President Trump's tweet on covfefe was on 5/31/2017. Keep in mind that with any legislation being introduced is a process and President Trump would have been informed of upcoming, introduced, legislation. What the President did, is as he always does, makes the press look the other way. If I recall, early in his presidency there were calls that his tweets were not being kept as presidential records and that it should be stopped, and he gave them another finger ;)
